Single tank wings can be used by divers of any level, even OWD students can start their course with a wing instead of classic BCD. FINNSUB mono wings are comfortable to use and provide pleasant surface position. Stability of a tank is secured by the built-in micro-adapter that creates a "backbone" of the wing's outer bag. When a single-tank is fastened with 2 tank bands, the micro-adapter locks it in place very firmly.
DONUT
It inflates even where there is theoretically no place for it, between the body and the backplate. This results in a slight pushing of the wing in the lower part of the back. Because of air at the bottom of the wing, it tends to pull the legs over the head and turn the diver upside down if he leans more than about 30 degrees from the horizontal trim.However, this depends on the ratio
of air at the top and bottom of the wing and the distribution of weights. Due to the even air circulation, it is easier to exhaust the air and reach a perfect trim. The length of the donut wing is determined by the length of the harness and the physiological length of the body. It should be possible to sit comfortably with the harness, for example when putting on diving equipment. Donut is very popular today.
